Bookmarks!

Hi everyone! Here are 4 bookmarks my daughter Amaya just finished up. There is a challenge going on over at the MTC Forum using some files from My Scrap Chick and there is even a prize. The Challenge ends tomorrow so hurry on over and try it out. I used a paper clip that was first made my Nelda here

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look. I had to use the node editing in MTC to round out the edges of the wings because they were made square for a card. I love these files!

January! (last one for today)

If you can't tell I was hooked on the LSHD blog! I made the two cards and wanted to make something more. I ordered the months up to May but just got January done today.
I listed my dates and names of people in my family that have a birthday this month on the column to the right. I also wrote in all the days and dates.

This is a sock hat paper piecing that was super simple to put together. I added the white lines to just add some more detail to it and the top star part of the hat has some glitter on it that's very hard to see.

This party hat and confetti was super simple to cute and assemble. The yellow part of the hat has glitter too.
Here are the mittens and I think they were the easiest to assemble!
I love the snowman and added the white to the eyes. Also chalked the outside and parts on this to make it pop!
Last is the champagne and glasses! Why not toast to the new year? They were very easy to assemble and I also added some glitter to the glasses and bottle.

This was a great project and I can't wait to start the other months! Thanks for looking!

another LSHD digi card

Here is another card I made. I was on a roll today!! I'll probably send this one to my mom or grandma. I love them both dearly! I attached it with a wobble and it just makes it 'rock'! You can get the file at the little scraps of heaven designs blog! If you use one of these files, make sure you give credit where credit is due!

Ladybug girl card

This card was made using a free digi stamp from LSHD! I love this blog and she always has some great files. If you visit it often you'll get a ton of free files! I love this lady bug and it's a perfect card to give to my honey!

Sister Book

Here is a shape book I made for my sisters Birthday. I'm pretty sure she doesn't check my blog but in case she does, Happy Birthday Ashley! lol. I used make the cute to cute this out. I used cereal boxes and some pretty paper. Each page has a sisterly quote on it that reminds me of her. I hope she really loves it!

Homemade gift box

So svgcuts gave away a file that has some free boxes in it. I made this for a little lady bug kitchen timer I bought my best friend for Christmas. I used some other svgcuts files on each side and I the 3d flower is a file from Penny Duncan. Please make sure if you use any of her files give her credit! Same for anyones files! Doesn't take long to mention where you got them. She has some amazing stuff and if you check out her blog you'll be there for hours! lol

Box made from Santa file

I got this file from ScrappingbugDesigns. Super easy to put together and Chrissy is great to order from. I even had a question on how the arms connected to the box and when I posted the question on her facebook page, I got a reply very quick!

A little Mayhem

Made all of the decals for their helmets and numbers for the other side.
Parents were able to order decals for their windows. This one is a little bigger then what most of them were. Only cause she was coaches wife! lol
Here is the shirt I made to wear to the games. Since I had two boys on the team this was easiest with their names and numbers on the selves!

custom coffee cups

I made this one for my husband by request and the other was a gift for my best friend. She loves lady bugs!

All of this was done in Make the cut! love that program!

Tumblers tumbling everywhere!

I love making tumblers and it's so cool to see other people using your creations everyday! I first started making them for my boys football team, then went on to make them for my family and finally started selling them to friends and making them as gifts for Christmas. Here are some pictures of what I have done!

Paper Dolls Guest Designer!

Hi everyone!! I was asked to be a guest designer for the PAPER DOLLS!! Thienly and Tamara are 2 awesome ladies!! I was so excited to be asked and couldn't wait to get started. I had something designed in MTC one night and was ready to get started the next morning. I awoke and my computer was acting really goofy when I restarted it, I found it crashed. Pretty sure it picked up a nasty virus.
Anyways.. here is the beautiful card I made with their files. I really love the possibilities of this doll house. The SVG files didn't have it as a card but it was easy enough to copy the doll house, paste in place, mirror, weld, and add a rectangle to fill in the empty bottom space.
This is the front of the card

Inside of card
The left hearts say we love you and the right rectangle says Happy Birthday!

Also make sure to check out the Paper Dolls Facebook!

Now onto my project!

My daughter and I made this for my husband for Father's Day. I know it's a ways away but at least this is done! lol. We used a cereal box to make it sturdy and bound it with my Bind-It-All.
The font used is MoolBoran. I love that I can use any font I choose with Make the Cut! We inked the edges with a Royal Blue pigment from ColorBox and added some green and blue ribbon. I hope you like.

I know it's not a lot but we had fun making this and I think I've found my mojo! If you would like any more information about MTC please come visit us on the MTC FORUM

Make sure to come visit the rest of the blogs in the hop every day to see some cool projects and show some love for MTC!

Beautiful Cards

This is the beautiful lion card I made using a file from my friend Tina. It was cut with a cricut expression and didn't take long at all. The newest version of MTC let me cut it with no problem. If you would like to visit Tinas blog click HERE and if you would like to visit her store where she sells her files, click HERE

This is a fancy wheel card that I made for Tina. It was a lot of fun and I love the flowers. :)
