MTC Blog Hop Day 21!

Hello everyone! I know I haven't posted in forever but I'm so glad I signed up for this! I use to like to scrapbook and make all kinds of crafty things but now I LOVE to because of MTC!! Just a little bit about MTC before I show you what I made for the hop.

Remember if at anytime you get lost just click the blog hop button on the right to return to the main post with all the links.

Information about Make the cut:

All of the projects you will see will be created using Make-The-Cut software and the different cutters it currently works with. Currently these cutters include:

Black Cat Cougar
Black Cat Lynx
Bosskut Gazelle
Quickutz Silhouette (and the plug in for this will be available soon to make it even easier)
Craft Robo
US cutter MH/Laser point series
ECraft
Pazzle
Any cutter using an HPGL printing support feature
KNK Max (other KNK machines to come soon)

Now onto my project!

My daughter and I made this for my husband for Father's Day. I know it's a ways away but at least this is done! lol. We used a cereal box to make it sturdy and bound it with my Bind-It-All.
The font used is MoolBoran. I love that I can use any font I choose with Make the Cut! We inked the edges with a Royal Blue pigment from ColorBox and added some green and blue ribbon. I hope you like.

I know it's not a lot but we had fun making this and I think I've found my mojo! If you would like any more information about MTC please come visit us on the MTC FORUM

Make sure to come visit the rest of the blogs in the hop every day to see some cool projects and show some love for MTC!

Nicely done! I became a follower. And my husband will be lucky to get a card this Father's Day, LOL! My daughter is getting married the day before Father's day. I expect to be collapsing on Father's day! Maybe I should at least make him a card now and tuck it away. But so many wedding things to do,LOL!

Kudos on getting ahead for father's day! I will for sure be making cards maybe doing some beer glass etching. Although I may have to scraplift your idea and make father books. JessicaL from the MTC forum or lattitude16 at yahoo dot com

Love that word book and what better way to do it than with your child! Now as for what will I be making for father's day....well my father passed away in 2001, so as this year marks the 10 year anniversary of his passing I am making an "In Memory of" collage to hang next to the one I made for my mother over Mother's Day (see it on my blog at www.kathybslittlecorner.blogspot.com )

Cute book! I'm a new follower. For Father's Day for my husband, I'll actually get to make dinner, since our kitchen will be all done by then. And I'd like to make a bouquet of paper flowers where our kids write little things they like about dad.

love your project for father's day! I actually did a card class today and one of the cards was a father's day card. I designed it in MTC and love using this program! I will be relaxing on Father's day since my dad lives 5 hours away and I won't be traveling this year. Will be calling him and will send his card in the mail. Thanks for the great project and the fun hop!

Your word book is great. I'm planning a card with a car from the 60's on it. Thank goodness for MTC. I have really enjoyed finding so many new MTC sites that I didn't know about before!

Thanks!
